- Generate content using AI-powered tools

7. AI-Generated Content
Our AI content generation tools are provided as assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.
8. Subscription and Payment
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woon IoT BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woon IoT BV from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
